![]() ![]() Susan is survived by her beloved husband, David Suter her talented daughter, Alyssa Kay Suter her amazing son, Phillip Michael Suter her mother, Kay LeFan her sister and best friend, Carolyn (Marty) Holboke and sister, Paula (Tim) Kurecka. In addition to her passion for music, Susan loved cooking and anyone who has ever had one of Susan’s gourmet creations knows she was a wonderful chef. Susan will leave a lasting legacy of music on not only her children, who also share her musical gifts, but the many students she loved and inspired over the past 29 years. Three years later they welcomed their son, Phillip, into the family. At that time Susan decided to leave the classroom to raise Alyssa and became a piano teacher in her home. Worth area, Susan and David were blessed with the birth of their daughter, Alyssa. After 10 years teaching both High School and Middle School bands in the Dallas Ft. They met through their mutual love of teaching band and in their 25 years of marriage remained committed to touching lives through music. On June 22, 1996, she married David Michael Suter in Bedford, Texas. ![]() Susan obtained her bachelor’s degree in Music Education from The University of North Texas in 1992 and devoted the rest of her life to teaching music.
